Meal Plan:

Students will eat dinner on their own.
Dormitory housing is available in the Evansdale Residential Complex (ERC), located on WVU’s Evansdale Campus. The ERC is fully carpeted and air-conditioned, and is equipped with ATM and vending machines, a spacious, well-furnished lobby featuring flat-screen televisions, and 24-hour desk staff. Single and double rooms are available. Linens are provided. Counselors will live in the dormitories alongside students for the duration of the camp.
You must contact Conference and Event Scheduling directly by July 15 to make arrangements and pay for housing.
Breakfast and lunch will be available for purchase through our meal plan. Students will be free to choose their own dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants or markets.
